Downloading Delve Fonts fonts for Mac
All font files downloaded from Delve Fonts have been compressed and require decompression before installation.
Stuffit is required to decompress the HQX archive (get Stuffit Expander for free from: stuffit.com). After expanding the HQX archive, follow the directions below to install Delve Fonts fonts on a Macintosh.
Installing Delve Fonts fonts on a Mac
Macintosh operating system requirements: Mac OS 7.x or newer.
Installation Instructions for PostScript (Type1) Fonts
NOTE: Except for Mac OS X and newer, PostScript fonts require Adobe Type Manager 2.x or newer (ATM Light is available for free at: adobe.com). Fonts can be installed in either of two ways:
1: Using the Macintosh OS to install PostScript or TrueType fonts...
A. Exit all running applications.
B. Open the folder displaying your computers Hard Drive.
C. Drag and Drop the PostScript font files onto your system folder.
D. Click Yes when prompted to allow the font(s) to be stored in their appropriate folders.
E. Save your original font files as a backup copy in a safe place.
2: Using Adobe Type Manager (ATM) to install fonts...
A. Open ATM and click on the Add... button.
B. Select the directory where the PostScript font files are located.
C. Select the Delve Fonts font(s) you wish to install.
D. If the font is on a floppy disk or other removable storage media, be sure the Install without copying files option is Not Checked.
E. Verify the target directory is correct.
F. Click on the Add button (it may take a moment to install.)
G. After ATM completes the installation, click on the Exit button.
H. Save your original font files as a backup copy in a safe place.
